The Excellere Advisory Board
The Excellere Advisory Board consists of experienced experts from key functional areas across the life science value chain. Members of the Advisory Board:
- are actively involved in selected consulting projects, and
- support the management team beyond individual project through ad-hoc sparring, second opinions and critical reflection.
This allows Excellere to combine a deliberately lean organizational structure with direct access to deep, specialized expertise: without overhead, but with a high level of substantive assurance.
