2. General information on data processing
We process personal data of visitors to our website only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services.

The data will be deleted once the purpose of processing ceases to apply, at the latest after completion of the request.

6. LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms
We use so-called Lead Gen Forms on our LinkedIn company page, enabling interested parties to submit their contact details for direct communication.
LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland) processes the entered data on our behalf and makes it available to us.
We use this data exclusively to respond to your enquiry. No transfer to third parties takes place.

7. Social media und external links
Our website contains links to external social networks (e.g. LinkedIn). When visiting our website, no personal data is transmitted to these networks. Only after clicking a link will you leave our website. From that point onward, the respective platform's privacy policy applies.

8. Hosting and data processing agreements
Our website is hosted by Strato AG. A data processing agreement pursuant to section 28 DSGVO is in place.
Processing of personal data by Strato takes place exclusively in accordance with our instructions and within the framework of applicable data protection laws.

If analytics tools (e. g. Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insight Tag) are used on our website, this is done exclusively on the basis of your consent (section 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO).
